- The submission should not have been previously published, nor should it be under consideration by another journal.
- The submission should be in Microsoft Word file format.
- The text should be double-spaced, with 12-point font size in Times New Roman.
- All submissions should be written in English.
- Corrections should be made and returned within one week of receipt.
- Authors must ensure the accuracy of citations.
- The cover page should include the title of the paper, author(s) name, and affiliations.
- Provide an abstract of between 200-250 words.
- Include an introduction with the statement of the problem, objectives of the study, hypothesis/assumptions, significance, scope, and methodology.
- Incorporate a review of relevant literature and theoretical framework/conceptual framework.
- Present a summary of discussions and findings.
- Conclude with recommendations.
- The paper, including illustrations and references, should be within the range of 3000 to 8000 words.
- Follow the APA Reference style, 7th edition.
