At the FUGUS Journal of Public Administration and Management (FUJPAM):

i. Any individual or individuals who submit their article(s) for publication consent that such article(s) may be published under Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).

ii. The FUGUS Journal of Public Administration and Management (FUJPAM) may produce, reproduce (in any form), and distribute - without limitations - all contents submitted to the journal.

iii. Authors may not send articles to the FUGUS Journal of Public Administration and Management (FUJPAM) while such articles are under consideration for publication with another journal, and articles published by the FUJPAM may not be sent to another journal for publication.

iv. Provided that the author(s) and the source are credited, noncommercial use of the articles by authors and any other individual(s) or group(s) is allowed, including printing, linking, and distribution.

v. Any paper published at the FUGUS Journal of Public Administration and Management (FUJPAM) means that the author(s) of such paper has fully transferred the copyright of the paper.
