Abstract
The
main objective of this paper is to look at the impact of Effective
Communication on organizational Performance. This study examines the
significant relationship between effective communication and organisational
performance in FCT Secondary Education Board Abuja.The data for the study was
collected through primary sources. The total population of the study was121
respondents. The result was analysed using the fusion of Liker 5 scale and
CHISQUARE X2 formula. In order to shed more light on the study an
organisational theory propounded by Karl Weick was employed. The result of this
study reveals that a relationship exists between effective communication and
organisational performance, productivity and public image. The study
recommended that organisations should put all machinery in motion in order to
promote effective communication through the use of the state of the arts communication
equipment
